Processing Times

All orders placed directly with Kosui's online store will be processed in 1-2 business days.

Continental US Orders

All continental US orders should be received within 2 business days after processing time in most cases. Occasionally at high volume times or more remote locations shipping times may take longer. 

Non-Continental US Orders

All non-continental US order shipping times will vary by location. We strive to get packages to you within 7-14 business days, but in some situations, it may take longer. 

International Orders

Kōsui ships internationally from the United States to select destinations worldwide.

For destinations where duties and taxes are not prepaid, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Kōsui and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies and import regulations vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.

Important Notes on International Delivery

• Duties and taxes are determined by local authorities and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

• Shipping carriers may require additional information to complete customs clearance. Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control.

• If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or customs restrictions, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
